Autumn and Winter cookery workshops:

Cooking with Ghillie in her atmospheric kitchen with stunning views of the surrounding hills is an experience in itself. Here you can smell and taste herbs and spices that you may never have dreamed of using, while you prepare simple and exotic dishes from around the world.

Turkish meze – Liven up your table with a variety of healthy and tasty dips, salads, stuffed vegetables, savoury pastries, and kebabs and kofte flavoured with lots of fresh herbs and aromatic spices.

Moroccan tajines – Get into the rhythm of slow-cooking in rustic tajines with the traditional flavourings of cumin, coriander, saffron, and honey with freshly made bread to dip into the buttery sauces.
